Book Club Tea Party

P7s invited staff from around the school to their classroom for some book chat. We decided that book chat is much more interesting with a cup of tea and a scone or bun. More reading to follow the recipes and we had a fabulous array of treats for our visitors.  In fact, no one turned down the invitation. So many of our guest have been part of our reading journey throughout school and everyone enjoyed the chat and finding out about our favourite books.  We also found out about the books that have made an impact on others, preferred genres and attitudes to reading.
