Hi, Im Laura from StrongMumsNI. After loosing my baby girl Emily, shortly after birth in 2016, I retrained in Pre & Postnatal Fitness with Nutrition and have dedicated the last 6 years to helping mums feel supported, stronger and more connected, both physically and emotionally. I keep things realistic, gentle when needed, challenging when appropriate and always mum-friendly. You are incredibly welcome to join us for Move & Connect with BPS - it's an opportunity to do something just for you. It's a bit of selfcare, a chance to move your body, and an opportunity to connect with other mums - the mums you pass everyday but rarely get time to chat to! And if you are nervous, brand new to exercise or absolutely petrified, please know that you are especially welcome and in good hands. Laura xx
